Alfredo was fantastic! I highly recommend. Given that this was our first time buying a home we had no experience in what to look for, costs of things we wanted to fix to make this our perfect 1st home, and unfamiliar with the whole process. Alfredo provided a wealth of knowledge and everything ran smoothly. In our situation, he was quick to think outside the box in a tight market and we purchased the perfect home in a nice neighborhood with everything we wanted. It was also a plus that he had an awesome sense of humor, made himself available for even the smallest questions, and was very open and honest.
