We had an excellent experience with Alfredo throughout our home buying process. He was a friendly and pleasant person. He was very professional and knowledgeable and we liked that he was able to answer the many questions we had.

Alfredo was my relator for 18 months while my wife and I searched for our dream house. In a competitive market and us being very picky Alfredo was extremely patient and continued to work with us throughout the entire time. His positive attitude and creative insight helped us pick the perfect home when we were ready. As first time home buyers he guided us through the whole process explaining every step of the way. Since we asked a lot of questions he was able to get us the needed information even if it was something he needed to look into. He was very personable and kept the stressful process of buying a home loose while still being professional. As an added bonus he comes from a construction background and was able to give us even more detail about each house we looked at that help us find that perfect house. Would recommend!

Alfredo was fantastic! I highly recommend. Given that this was our first time buying a home we had no experience in what to look for, costs of things we wanted to fix to make this our perfect 1st home, and unfamiliar with the whole process. Alfredo provided a wealth of knowledge and everything ran smoothly. In our situation, he was quick to think outside the box in a tight market and we purchased the perfect home in a nice neighborhood with everything we wanted. It was also a plus that he had an awesome sense of humor, made himself available for even the smallest questions, and was very open and honest.
