Tony is amazing!!! He helped me purchase my first home and also sell it when I was ready. I had so many questions throughout both processes and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and responded right away anytime I reached out.

Rosemary Perez was the best. This was our first home purchase and we were so lost with how to even begin the process. Thank fully we knew Rosemary and asked her to help guide us in the right direction. Rosemary gave us all the resources to begin. When we were pre approved she began sending us many houses that were on the market. I had my eye on one in particular. We went and saw the house but of course my indecisiveness began to show. Rosemary had so much patience with us. I just couldn’t get that first house out of my mind. It’s a huge decision and a lifelong commitment. After speaking to her I realized that cosmetics can always change and I needed to really focus on the elements I loved from this house, all of the character that we don’t see in newer builds. When I say she made it happen, she really did. Rosemary kept us informed in every step and giving us the best advice on how much to offer. Went back and forth with the other realtor a few times. Then finally…. We got the call..WE GOT THE HOUSE! And in this market, we paid 25K less than the value of the home! I don’t know how we got so lucky to be able to work with the best. I would recommend her to anyone that asked. Rosemary knows her stuff and will always give you the sometimes hard but honest truth. The process was so easy and smooth throughout. Honestly the best decision we made!
