Cherry Home Realty is located in the heart of the Village of Brookfield. In 2022, we purchased the building and set out to transform it into a modern, one-of-a-kind real estate office. From the beginning, we wanted the space to reflect the character of the Village, so many of the design elements and materials were inspired by Brookfield’s rich railroad history.
As we planned the remodel, our goal was to create more than just an office—we wanted a place where collaboration happens, ideas are shared, and relationships are built. The space features an open-concept employee and closing lounge with TVs, a cappuccino machine, fireplace, music, and a functional garage door. It’s designed to bring agents together, encourage conversation, and create a welcoming place for both our team and the community.
The remodel took nine months from start to finish, and seeing the vision come to life was incredibly rewarding. Today, the office reflects not only our love for real estate, but also the collaborative culture we’re proud to have built at Cherry Home Realty.
